Pros and cons of My Smart Account app for iPhone and iPad

My Smart Account app good for

If youre a Smart subscriber, this app is a must have. I can practically do anything with this app. Just one comment though: The previous design was kinda better on the eyes ("lighter").
Versatile and nearly complete. I can view and do a lot using this app. Needs some polishing on the design but yeah, a great way to help customers out. Touch ID and MIN identification on startup: very neat!
This app is a good account management tool from Smart. I can easily check my monthly bills and the promos/packages enrolled with my account.
It seems to work well. Nothing new but much better than using the clunky website via the browser.

Some bad moments

Useless, useless, useless. -No option to purchase airtime -pitiful call, data, text packages -Tingi system. Ano yan, parang bumibili ng mantika sa sari-sari store? - Yan ang problema kapag may monopoly sa industry. You get crappy services at worst rates. Talo consumers. Pati app, walang kwenta. I pay $100 for unlimited talk, text and 4g LTE package that covers two lines. Libre unli data para music and video streaming. Unli Facetime, iMessage etc. Niloloko na kayo nitong mga smart/globe na ito. Tumingin kayo sa mga app ng at&t, t-mob, verizon and sprint. Lahat unlimited na, no contract pa. Kung gusto nyo, magsilipat na kayo sa tmobile, no data roaming. No credit check if you sign up for pre-paid.
The my postpaid app was easier to use and much more pleasing to look at.
Doesnt load everything and does not provide all available services. Not only does it keep sending you to the website, the website refers you to the old app.
Upgraded the app, took 30 minutes to get verification text. Now the app will not open, turned off wifi, tried again, same think happens.... Nothing. I also love paying for LTE service and getting an Edge signal in 80% of Metro Manila. AVOID smart if you can!

How can the app be reviewed properly if it wont even open? iOS 5.1.1
